Which systems do you work with?
Most tools a small business runs on: POS and online stores such as Lightspeed, Shopify, Square or Ecwid, booking, accounting, email and spreadsheets, plus the steps your team still does by hand. If you're not sure whether yours fits, ask. The first conversation answers that.
Do I have to switch to new software?
No. We build on what you already pay for. If a tool isn't worth keeping, we'll say so and show why, and the decision is yours.
How much does it cost?
Each piece is quoted at a fixed price before any work starts. You only pay for what you choose, and the final payment is due after your team has signed off.
Where does AI come in?
Where it saves real work: drafting product descriptions, posts and customer messages, summarizing sales and stock, flagging what needs attention. A person reviews anything customer-facing or legal. We don't sell "fully automatic".
Will you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a limited user in each system, and you can remove that access at any moment without giving a reason. When the project ends, access is removed.
Can we work in Chinese?
Yes. We work in English and Mandarin, and manuals come in both English and Chinese.
Who looks after it once it's built?
Your team, with the manuals and training we hand over. If you'd rather not, there's an optional monthly upkeep plan. Stop it any time, and the tools and accounts stay yours.
